HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P Laureate head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. An extremely rare variety. Attractive iridescent toning. Very light marks, otherwise, very fine.


The 'ASIA' reverse is particularly appropriate for this series of eastern denarii struck in Asia Minor.
